Meet our new athletes

Each of these athletes brings a unique perspective and commitment to brain health. They understand the importance of mental wellness in achieving their athletic goals and are eager to inspire and educate others on this critical aspect of health and performance.

Why Brain Health Matters

As Keon Kenner puts it, "Our brains are our greatest asset. They guide every movement, every decision. If we want to be at the top of our game, we need to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our brains."

Recovery Routine

Ivy Johnston shares her approach to recovery, "I focus on rest, nutrition, and mindfulness. These three components, combined with regular physical training, keep me at peak performance."
