We stand behind every product we make. If you're not satisfied with your Headstrong purchase, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date — even if the product has been opened — and we'll process a full refund. No questions asked.

Subscription Policy

For subscription orders: if your order has not yet shipped, contact us and we'll cancel and refund in full. If your order has already shipped, we're unable to refund that shipment — but we will immediately cancel all future subscription orders. Your 30-day guarantee applies to the delivered product from date of delivery.

How to Request

To request a refund, email info@getheadstrongnow.com with your order number. We'll respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available for orders placed more than 30 days after the delivery date. Products must have been purchased directly from getheadstrongnow.com.
